SUMMARY:ESCUCHA\, JUEGO Y CONEXIÓN en español con Marcela Correa
responder\, proponer y crear juntos.
spontaneidad.\n\n¿Cómo puedo mantenerme conectado conmigo mismo mientras

nThis workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and with others
through movement\, listening\, and play.\n\nWe begin by turning our atten
tion inward: noticing the body\, its sensations\, impulses\, rhythms\, and
small desires to move. Rather than trying to produce movement or “do it
right\,” we create the conditions for movement to emerge naturally. Lit
tle by little\, we allow the body to surprise us and discover movement tha
t feels spontaneous\, personal\, and genuinely our own.\n\nFrom this indiv
idual exploration\, we open our attention to others. Through simple and pl
ayful movement experiences\, we practice listening\, responding\, proposin
g\, following\, and creating together. Laughter and play become tools for
connection\, helping us let go of judgment and become more open and sponta
neous.\n\nHow can I remain connected to myself while listening to another
person? How can I respond to someone else’s ideas without losing my own?
How can two or more bodies create something together that none of us coul
d have imagined alone?\n\nNo dance experience is needed. Just bring a curi
 ous body\, comfortable clothes\, and a willingness to move\, play\, listen
\, and connect.\n\nThis workshop will be conducted in Spanish\n\nPresented
by Zero Point Arts / Zoe Dance\n\nThis program is supported in part by a
grant from the Somerville Arts Council\, a local agency supported by the M
assachusetts Cultural Council.\n\nThis is a part of a series of workshops
centered around TALVEZ's Somerville tour of "Manipulo" which will be prese
 nted Oct 16 +17:\nhttps://zeropointarts.org/events/manipulo/
